I haven’t but I know someone who had it after being stretched to Bu**ery after twins! She had an abdomen that resembled a walnut – very loose & wrinkly skin – very disfiguring. She had the treatment on the NHS as her situation was soooo bad. Took quite a bit of recovery though – not an operation to be undertaken lightly.

Excercises to flatten my tummy?

Question by ceℓesté: Excercises to flatten my tummy?
I’d like to tone my stomach at home but I need some excercises that don’t push me too far. I’ve always not been good at sport, though I can do excercises and yoga and dancing. I have a pretty face I just need my stomach a little flatter.

I am vegetarian and eat healthily twice a day with 5 a day and lots of water, but I just need some excercises to flatten my tummy. I have lots of nice clothes but I can’t wear them. My tummy lately got a little big, its looks fine tucked in but I’d like it to look good all the time.
Thanks<3

Do the NHS perform Tummy Tucks?

Question by кαткαт ♥ ℓυкєу: Do the NHS perform Tummy Tucks?
On extreme cases? At what would count as an extreme case in order to qualify?

Answer by IRON MAN
Something that was deemed severely detrimental to either your mental or physical health.

If you said you were depressed as a result and has affected your state of mind, and they believed you, then it would be done.

Saggy tummy!?

Question by ruthieelle: Saggy tummy!?
I’m not fat, just have a large tummy, like I’ve just had a baby but I haven’t! Its a family trait, all my fathers sisters have this too, they are all slim but weak abdominal muscles run in the family. Anyone know anything other than a tummy tuck to get rid of it? I do step aerobics twice a week and 100 sit ups every morning so have a good exercise level.

Diet too as well as exercise. I doubt it’s fat since you had a child. It’s probably extra skin from being pregnant.
