Does sending a man to medical school take the “MAN” out of him?

Question by Prophecy: Does sending a man to medical school take the “MAN” out of him?
Before you answer please read my opinion.

Many of us have heard the myth that male gynecologists have seen so many naked women they won’t get aroused. However, if you google “convicted gynecologists” you can look at all the gynecologsists that have been exposed as perverts. Now, imagine you went to a male gynecologist and six months later he was arrested and exposed as a pervert. Deep down you will know that when he was examining you six months ago he was more than likely perving on you. And he can now store the images of your body in his mind for the rest of his life. Just because he acts professional doesn’t mean he hasn’t got a wild imagination. Sure, male gynecologists see some nasty stuff; however, they also see young, attractive, healthy women that make up for it.

You have to remind yourself that these exam’s are very intimate. These exams are so intimate that most women wouldn’t even allow their boyfriend or husband to see what the doctor sees. If a healthy woman was going for her yearly check up most women would not allow their boyfriend or husband to stand next to the doctor and see what the doctor sees. But yet women will allow a complete stranger to do it just because he’s a doctor. Of course an emergency is an exception, but anyone who thinks male doctors do not get turned on if they examine an attractive woman are naive. And even if the female doctor was a lesbian, which is rare, women don’t get turned on like men do, fact!

Medical Question: Coil, “Copper T”?

Question by popc: Medical Question: Coil, “Copper T”?
I had a Copper T inserted into me after my son was born 5 years ago.
I was wondering, How long could I have it in. I have also gone to see 2 GP’S whom said that they are unable to remove it. As they said i need to go to a Gynecologist or hospital.

What I dont understand that a GP put it in South Africa, and here in Ireland they cant. Any ideas??
Can it damage me, if i leave it in for longer than 5 years.

Well, of course I don`t want to `scare` you and also I am no expert but…..

My wife had one of those put in year`s ago (she is dead now). And she left it in for yonks – finally – in an emergency (pains etc) she had to have it removed surgically. Apparently it had embedded itself in the flesh (I assume the flesh had grown around it). And it was not a very pleasant operation either.
I hope this does not alarm you too much, but when it comes to medical matters you need to know the truth.
I`m surprised they still fitted the copper ones even 5 years ago, as there are now other safer materials.

What do you think? Answer below!

Do i have a claim for medical negligence?

Question by Kar: Do i have a claim for medical negligence?
I fell off a horse 3 years ago, and after being rushed up to A and E as i couldnt walk i was told to rest and go home ( no tests/xrays etc ) so i did and eventually it got better. My back was in constant spasms for all this time. Anyway after 3 years of being in pain, crying to doctors, going back and forth and being off work with it, today finally after sefl referring myself to a physiotherapist i found out my spine had been out of line for 3 years with no-one picking it up. It so such a simple test, tell me to bend over and you can see my spine is not in line. ( scoliosis )
Now after years of it not being diagnosed i am facing an operation if months of physiotherpay doesnt work. I also have had to give up on a career of horses due to the pain and not being able to ride.
Thoughts on whether i could claim or what i should do? I feel like my whole life has been affected and im so sore all the time :(
