im thinking of getting a liposuction on my stomach.
it wont go go down i lose weight every where else apart from my belly.
i hate it ive been teased alot by family and friends about it as a child and now as a grown up i have trouble comming out of the house.
for fear of what people might think when they see me. i cant live like this anymore i wud kill myself but I aint got the guts. my gut just wont go away no matter how much i try. I cant even get a girlfriend because of it no one wants to shag the fat ugly boy.even my parents use to make fun of me then just stand there laughing wen other people wud do it too. It sucks.

seriously just get as skinny as possible and do situps theres no way that if you had a 4% bodyfat that your stomach wouldnt look skinny just get as skinny as humanly possibly and fuck food just drink water but have low calorie(under 200 cals each)3 snacks a day but no meals because thats too much fat coming in and jog and do a lot of situps trust me people have accomplished difficulter things than that and were theres a will theres a way but ya just save the lipo money and but like a punching bag to get rid of anger and its a really good cardio u can get sweaty from it within like 5 minutes intensely and maybe take boxing because that increase your confidence because youll know that people cant just beat you up if they want to because youll be a tough guy and eventually you be ripped too
