Same as after any surgery – pain around the wound site, muscle soreness etc etc.
No-one needs to have breast augmentation. Save your money for something REALLY important. Like paying your bills …

I had a lap band 18 months ago. I was 116.5kgs and lost 20 kilos in the first six months. I was taking maxalon for a while after surgery due to prior gag reflex before surgery (have had it for years and other family members do too…when brushing teeth or thinking of something gross..I just gagged..then third gag would throw up). This had nothing to do with the lap band, and soon after surgery didnt need to take the maxalon and have never gagged since. I eat a lot of fish and chicken. If I talk too much during eating (especially if at a restaurant with friends) I forget to chew and eat slowly and then end up with a bit stuck. I rarely vomit, although when food doesnt go down do get a bit of saliva type build up that comes back. I dont miss bread or steak. I havent had any major weight loss for sometime now and just maintaining the same weight but need to get back into a bit of exercise/routine to lose some more. Hope this helps…..I dont have any regrets about having it done at all. Good luck

i suffer from bad pains as though im on my period constantly all through the month, i get extreme lower back pain with the abdominal pain and its sometimes so unbeareable i cant get out of bed while other times i can get on with it but its so frustrating! i even passed out in the street once rushing to get home coz of the pain!
i am on the pill to help relieve it but the results of that are minimal!
i have had scans, pictures taken wiv that camera that is inserted (cant remember name), and even last week had a laparoscopy (keyhole surgery) to look for endometriosis or anything at all! and i had to fight for that aswell as that was the 4th doctor i had seen!
but all they have said is everything is normal and just get on with it but i know this pain is not right!
im so lost i dont know what to do, i was so sure i had endometriosis but apparently all is fine!
does anybody know what i should do next or have any clue what could be wrong maybe that noone has thought of?
i have seen 2 gps, aswell as 3 nurses, and 2 gynaecologists under the care of bupa i have been forceful and pushy but still have got nowhere!

Well I presume they have checked you but a lady friend of mine had similar and that proved to be a reaction to gluten in her diet ,, Forget the actual name of the illness ,, but by following the diet she is virtually pain free now , Is it like Coeliac diseaese ,, You might have been checked for that anyway The camera is endoscopy by the way

Hi,On the 4th September i visited a dentist,i have dentures,but had small amount of pain,she took xray,and could not see anything,then said that could be something and then opened my gum and bregan pulling and tugging,it hurt after awhile and gave me another injection,but continued tugging and pulling,nothing there she said..well since then im in so much pain,also in left side of face,i think there is damage to the sinus in cheek,well went to hospital and had xray,no root there,but was put down for a cd scan,but its not till 22 october and im in so much pain,in the gum area,up side of my face,my cheek feels full and swollen,feels like fluid coming out of it and feels like a tugging,pulling feeling in gum..theres pressure in my cheek and feels like when i rink something it is coming back into my mouth and out the gum..im in so much pain and have to wait for a scan on the 22…I just dont know what to do,i cant sleep eat and cry alot…Please help with any advice…..
i am on antiboactics,which my doctor gave me,and i have pain killers,but it is not helpping my life,im in lots of pain every day and night,but 22th seems ages away and then i have to wait for results and im so afraid at the moment and have started having panic attacks

for the last year and half ive had pain during sex and throughout the day sometimes to the point that im doubled over in pain, i am seeing a gynaecologist and she has sent me for an ultrasound, i would like to point out that i have the implant in and am taking Cerazette pills to control my bleeding, so i went to my ultrasound yesterday and was given an external one, they said all was ok and i said well that’s what they say all the time and it doesn’t explain the pain, so she said i can have internal scan if i want so i said yes, she looked confused when she told me i have a really thick cervix and couldn’t get near it to take a picture of it and that i have a tilted womb, i was wondering if anyone knows what this means and if it can affect your chances of being pregnant as me and my childhood sweetheart (now my fiancee 
) want to try for children in september (chose september cos my implants being taken out then).
plus im puzzled about the thick cervix because ive searched it on internet and it keeps coming back to pregnancy and the thick cervix helps plug the baby in til the last few weeks, but i have the implant n taking the pill so i cant be pregnant!

In 90 per cent of women the womb is tilted forwards and flexed forwards (anteverted and anteflexed).
In the remaining 10 per cent of women the uterus is tilted backwards (retroverted) and may also be flexed backwards (retroflexed).
Whichever way your womb is tilted when examined your doctor would find that the womb is mobile, ie it moves when pressure is exerted on it. That your doctor has detected that you have a ’tilted’ womb is not a cause for concern.
This is just one example of the different ways in which women develop.
If a woman has pelvic pain, backache and pain when having intercourse, and is also found to have a womb which is retroverted and ‘fixed’, ie not mobile when examined, then this may be due to pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), and would need investigation by a gynaecologist.

I would go to the NHS but since it is for cosmetic reasons i dont think they will do it. I know there are expensive surgeries that do it but im not forking out 100′s of £ for it. Thanks

Not trying to be boastful or anything, but I’m an excelling student who strives to do well. Especially in Science, which is what I want to go into when I’m older. But recently, I’ve been doing OK now, and not excelling. In Science, we were given homework and I didn’t get a level 7 when I usually get level 8, which is the highest (American users, the difference between a level 7 and an 8 is like the difference between an A- and an A+, respectively). I haven’t been chosen for the Gifted and Talented Scheme, even though I was on the list a few months ago. What’s happening to me? I’m CONSTANTLY stressed and worried, I’m feel so LOUSY all the time, and since Science is my favourite subject and I am so passionate about it and I want to be a doctor when I am older, I feel like I need to work harder than anybody else. I’m in Year 9 (9th Grade) and in England, this is a critical point in your education, as the exams really do count as you need to pick what subjects you are going to take for next year. I really don’t want to just get worse and worse, Am I losing my touch? I’m so so worried, I don’t feel like doing anything, eating, talking or socialising. I work so hard in everything (especially Science) and yet I feel like a failure. I haven’t had a proper weekend off for ages, all my friends and my peers go to Pizza Hut and go bowling on the weekends to have fun, I’m at home revising, practising, doing homework and the only thing I essentially use the internet for is for studying!! AND I AM ONLY 13 YEARS OLD!! I can’t take it anymore, I’m too stressed out. I want to do well, and now, no matter how hard I try, its not working. Am I just having an off day? Will it all return to normal? How do I stop feeling so stressed out and worried like the world is going to end if I don’t do well! I would normally ask my sister, since she is an expert on these things, but she’s away on a trip. Please, please, please answer me. I really don’t intent to sound like I am fishing for compliments or an attention seeker, I really DON’T, but please, just help me out here. I’m feeling terrible…help me please! x

I didnt even need to read half of that. Chill out woman take a break socialise. You work better and are happier after you have just participated in social activitiy. If you want to get better marks for your homework look up the answers and get 100% Cmon woman what do you think google is for.

3 days ago me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex and although i am on the mini pill,i took the morning after pill just to b safe,however the next day i was really itchy down below and wen i went for a shower i noticed that i had alot of greenish colour discharge and stomach pains.i got abit worried because the discharge was very abnormal,so i rang my doctor and he told me to go to A and E because he thinks that i have pelvic inflammatory disease and he doesnt want to risk any damage to my overies i then went on to get a second opinion from another doctor and she said the same thing.so anyway i want to A and E and i was adviced to go to a GUM clinic because she is certain i have a sti, i confronted my boyfriend and he maintains that he has never cheated on me and tbh he isnt the best at even talking to girls nevermind taking them home.i took a bath in his house that he shares with 3 other boys but i didnt really clean the bath out b4,is it possible to catch a sti that way or can u just catch them though sex,ive been wi my boyfriend 3 years and love him loads but now i dont know if i can trust him.plz help he says that he doesnt wani go and get tested and wen i asked him if he had sumthing to hide he said naw and that he doesnt want sum1 poking about down ther
