Is this good for my weight, i think its quite important for my health and my ‘life’?
Question by Super Girl: Is this good for my weight, i think its quite important for my health and my ‘life’?
when i get married, im going to have to keep a member ship with a gym, have an exercise machine at home, use nintendo wii fitness, etc, dvds, etc….
im going to have to see a dietitian and nutritionist ‘before’ i ever have a baby, i have to know how to work out and cut out of junk.. it will teach me to really be educated and knowledgeable on diet and for my own physical health more….
i need to join fitness boot camp after a baby, i want two in the future….. and then i can also have cosmetic surgery.
Because i know if i don’t i will definitely suffer with diabetes that is for sure, and i will blow up in to some thing really huge!
at least this will give me the confidence to be more fit as i get older, and learn more…
i know i would grow in to balloon! because people like me grow sides ways easier…
right now , i even have to do strength training at gym, i feel like a 50 year old!..
and i need to take up tennis for fun at gym on saturdays.

it will be easier when i get married because my i know my husband will be happy with that, my mum gets angry when she hears things like that she says im spoilt and too self centred! also, my mums food makes me fat there is always tooo much ‘meat’ cooked and too many high calorie foods around to live off….. healthier daily foods are very limited and when their is any its very cheap stuff and too dry…..

Really ,I don’t think you need all the things you listed here. But I will give you a tip to loosing fat after baby if your so worried about it. IT is called Breast Feeding. I have had 4 children and come from a family that gets big after baby. They did not breast feed. I did for at least 6months. I lost my baby blow up plus a bit more than what I had before pregnancy. Once your out on your own fixing your won food, you will feel better. For now learn about food diet and exercises. Also Love yourself for who you are not just what you look like. The positivity will help You A lot. Good luck!
