Hi. Seems like you’ve made your mind up, but I really don’t know why women have to have this done. I am 53 and have g/friends with big, small, loose and firm boobs. Made no difference to me. The size of the boobs was never a deal breaker. Lying, unfaithful, argumentative, lazy. impatient, and just plain crazy. Those were some of the things that caused break up. Going for classes on improving the weaket part of our personality is probably the best thing women, and men, should do.

i just had a breast augmentation procedure three weeks ago… i was really worried about going too large. i was a small 32A. i told the doctor i wanted to be a small C. he recomended that i go 350cc’s. i took a jump and went to 360cc’s under the muscle… now that its all over and done with, im absolutely DEPRESSED about my breast size. i asked the doctor to be a C and im barely a full B…. i feel really depressed about not going larger… by the looks of my size i think i should have gone as far as 420cc’s…. im so sad about the outcome that i feel like having another surgery to make them the size i wanted them to be…. right now i dont have the money to get them re-done so im feeling like i should drop 10 pounds… (im currently 120) ….. im thinking if i drop 10 pounds, then my breast will look alot more fuller and larger with a smaller frame…. i was just hoping if there were more options out there for me besides loosing weight or going to have another procedure done….

Same as after any surgery – pain around the wound site, muscle soreness etc etc.
No-one needs to have breast augmentation. Save your money for something REALLY important. Like paying your bills …

no. they used to do cosmetic surgery on the NHS if it was causing serious psychological in the past however have given up due to the cost and its not a necessity for people to have

Let me first state that I dont believe people should be able to just have cosmetic surgery on the NHS!!
Its not fair on taxpayers, nor is nearly as important as most other operations.
HOWEVER, my doctor has agreed a breast enlargement on the NHS is a good option for me, I have never developed any sort of breast tissue, which has resulted in me having very low self esteem, my confidence is non existent, i also suffer with depression simply because of this.
Im am back at the doctors this week for a check-up, she will then refer me to a breast clinic at my local hospital, after this how long do you realistically think i will wait for the op?

its subjective lots of treatments have different rates of waiting and in breast reconstruction it could be a while but if that is what you want to do, well wait!
if you have very little breast tissue and no particular shape the consultant will look at what he or she can do to give you some type of shape but it depends on your body and your stature, since the amount of breast skin has to be in proportion to the body or it will look fake.
then with your new assets you have to deal with buying a larger bra, and clothes and the attention that males may have if you use them as part of the holy trinity, bum bust and crotch!
