i just had a breast augmentation procedure three weeks ago… i was really worried about going too large. i was a small 32A. i told the doctor i wanted to be a small C. he recomended that i go 350cc’s. i took a jump and went to 360cc’s under the muscle… now that its all over and done with, im absolutely DEPRESSED about my breast size. i asked the doctor to be a C and im barely a full B…. i feel really depressed about not going larger… by the looks of my size i think i should have gone as far as 420cc’s…. im so sad about the outcome that i feel like having another surgery to make them the size i wanted them to be…. right now i dont have the money to get them re-done so im feeling like i should drop 10 pounds… (im currently 120) ….. im thinking if i drop 10 pounds, then my breast will look alot more fuller and larger with a smaller frame…. i was just hoping if there were more options out there for me besides loosing weight or going to have another procedure done….

Same as after any surgery – pain around the wound site, muscle soreness etc etc.
No-one needs to have breast augmentation. Save your money for something REALLY important. Like paying your bills …

You could check register with the Health Professions Council and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. I would ask you doctor for a recommendation though so you’re sure.

Okay, im not kidding for the past 2 months ive been suffering from really bad ulcers and there not normal sometimes they get bigger and don’t shift for about 2 weeks, we thought it was something im using very often like drinking out of my water bottle so i threw it away and there still the same, im allergic to straws the plastic irritates my mouth and i get ulcers, lately when i brush my teeth my mouth bleeds and the ulcers become saw, its not fair cause i cant brush my teeth properly so they look horrible colour :\ maybe its the way i brush my teeth? :\
Can someone help me and tell me how i can get my teeth nice and my gums not sore and does ti sound like gum disease and if so what should i do? Thanks

Hi
I had a lap band 18 months ago. I was 116.5kgs and lost 20 kilos in the first six months. I was taking maxalon for a while after surgery due to prior gag reflex before surgery (have had it for years and other family members do too…when brushing teeth or thinking of something gross..I just gagged..then third gag would throw up). This had nothing to do with the lap band, and soon after surgery didnt need to take the maxalon and have never gagged since. I eat a lot of fish and chicken. If I talk too much during eating (especially if at a restaurant with friends) I forget to chew and eat slowly and then end up with a bit stuck. I rarely vomit, although when food doesnt go down do get a bit of saliva type build up that comes back. I dont miss bread or steak. I havent had any major weight loss for sometime now and just maintaining the same weight but need to get back into a bit of exercise/routine to lose some more. Hope this helps…..I dont have any regrets about having it done at all. Good luck
